I am using Colander for several months and it was always reliable. I was satisfied by the number of countries their servers been hosted and the speed is almost the same across the servers. I had an issue with payment once but the problem has been solved by support team quickly.

Works like a charm! Signed up, paid for the subscription, downloaded the OpenVPN client and configuration file, started VPN service and it worked! I am running a Linux box, so I had to route the DNS via VPN manually but luckily OpenVPN has a script that does that out of the box. So far, I like the service.
I have been using VPN for a year now. I liked the prices for the tariffs and after the test, I bought a paid tariff. Large selection of servers and excellent speed, discounts are often. These factors suit me completely.
